It’s been such a long time, you know how it is trying to be an Adult, Working to Live and Living to Work blah blah blah, But I’m Back and Ready to post more frequently, to make sure I am keeping my Fellow Fashionistas updated at all times.
So Picture this 4:30pm, Its Monday 6th May 2019, A city which NEVER sleeps is in full swing, you stumble across The Metropolitan Museum Of Art, New York City, Theres an Event happening, The Staple of the Fashion Industry, The Met Gala!
A day later, We take a look and see the ELEGANZA for ourselves.
But First;
What is The Met Gala? Is There stalls? Do we buy souvenirs? Accept Debit Cards? Contactless maybe?
Long story cut short, The Met is Hosted at The Met Museum New York and was established in 1948 as a Fashion Fundraising Event, In 1995, The Deity that is …. Anna Wintour became the chair and with her power enlists co-chairs to host the event and celebrate the Grand Opening of The Exhibition.
THIS YEARS THEME WAS CAMP: NOTES ON FASHION.
Whats your First Thoughts? Hiking Boots, Sleeping bags etc? OR Sequins, Feathers, Fur(Faux always), Ruffles etc? Well if you thought the latter then Yes That is just a sprinkle of the way Camp is constructed.

We Cannot talk about The Met and Not Include Anna! Here She is wearing a stunning Chanel Couture sequin gown with a pink and purple Feather cape. GORGEOUS!
Zendaya! If you aren’t gagging about this do you even appreciate Fashion?! Clearly inspired by Disneys, Cinderella and the inspiring magic of the Fairy Godmother. The way she approached the Pink Carpet and her dress slowly lit up as if magic was turning her into a Real Life Princess. Designed by Tommy Hilfiger she had all the eyes on her!
